Are Dorsia Cosmetics products vegan?
Yes! The majority of Dorsia Cosmetics products are vegan, with the exception of some products which require certain ingredients (i.e beeswax). All product ingredients are listed in the "ingredients" tab on the product details page

Yes! All of Dorsia Cosmetics products meet FDA approvals. The products are manufactured in Canada and the United States and are required them to be FDA compliant.

Do you offer exchanges and returns??
All sales are final, with exceptions. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email info@dorsiacosmetics.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by dorsiacosmetics.com you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from dorsiacosmetics.com orders.
In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please report the issue to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. The carrier may have additional information and may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Please Note; Dorsia Cosmetics Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

When will my order be processed?
Upon dispatch (approximately within 5 business days), delivery times may vary depending on the destination state, typically ranging from 5 to 9 business days.
Please take into account any holidays that might affect delivery schedules. The estimated total lead time for North America, from order placement to final delivery, is approximately 7-12 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 5 to 9 business days, but during holidays and busy seasons it may take up to 12 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, please follow these steps:
- Check the Tracking Information: First, check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email or text message. Sometimes packages may be marked as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive.
- Contact the Shipping Carrier: Report the issue to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. The carrier may have additional information on the whereabouts of your package.
- File a Claim: If the package is confirmed as delayed, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. This process typically involves providing details about the package and the tracking information.
- Inform Dorsia Cosmetics: After filing a claim, send us the claim information at info@dorsiacosmetics.com. We will await the results of the claim before proceeding with any further action.
- Please note that Dorsia Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
