All sales are final with exceptions. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email info@dorsiacosmetics.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and a Photo of the Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by dorsiacosmetics.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Email us at info@dorsiacosmetics.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the product. If the product is deemed defective by dorsiacosmetics.com, then you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and to the person listed on the original order. We only accept returns for orders placed on dorsiacosmetics.com.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages For delayed, lost, or stolen packages, please report the issue to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. After filing a claim with the carrier, send us the claim information. We will await the claim results before proceeding.

Refunds If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will process your refund to the original payment method once your claim is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
